You made it through Valentine's Day 2010. Do you have anything you're looking forward to? I turn 30 next Wednesday. I have a big job interview soon. My grandfather is sick and his new wife isn't helping matters starting wars with his kids. Some of my friends lie to me more than others. I made a bunch of $ playing poker and look forward to getting in more. Pacquiao v Clottey on March 13th... for me to boycott. Mayweather v Mosley May 1 for me to go to. Lots of big UFC fights. Essence 2010. A trip to Houston. Cali? The beach. Seeing my little brothers, niece and nephews. Running up the score with Extenze. Toronto? A new career. Winning something cool. Not having a car note every month (as of today! whooooooooooooo!)
I guess that's all I got for now. What are you looking forward to these days?
I'm looking forward to the melting of the snow and more time with my sweety. I am celebrating 30 all year long.. every month on the 5th in commemoration of my actual birth day. This Valentine's was not the best.. but you know, I'm definitely down for the new career, new path, and ultimate new me. Better and better. !

ReplyDeleteDr. Hak! My VDay was great. Dinner with close friends. I just wanted to update you on my match.com experience. I commented on "Tis the Season for Dating Websites" a couple of weeks ago.
ReplyDeleteWell...there are two gentlemen that I have began conversing with over the phone - let's call them Jack and King. They both live in a different region than me. King is mature and older, Jack is my age parties often. King and I communicate often by phone and email. And get this...the world is so small that King and I have MUTUAL friends!
King is attractive, educated, articulate, well traveled, and does not have any children. He's got it all. And guess what? King and I will meet at the end of March! I am excited, and I have no one to thank but you.
But, there is one thing... Remember how you said, "the perfect person is on a dating site because something is wrong with them?" Well...there isn't really anything WRONG with King, however, his religious belief is contrary to most, and I can see how that would limit him from dating. Anyway, we are excited about each other.
